The App accesses and processes the following data through Shopify’s Admin API only as necessary to provide its core functionality:
- Product Data: Titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, inventory levels, collections, and pricing fields (e.g.,
price,compare_at_price, and other variant price attributes). - Shop Information: Shop name, email, and store URL for identification and support purposes.
- No Customer Data: The App does not access or store customer personal information, including names, addresses, emails, or payment details.
We do not collect any data outside Shopify APIs, nor do we sell or share your data with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the App’s bulk pricing features, including:
- Bulk Price Editing: Set fixed prices, increase/decrease prices by a value, and apply percentage discounts across selected products/variants.
- Rollback Rate: Apply an inverse adjustment (a “rollback rate”) to attempt to revert prior price changes you made with the App.
Important: Any rollback functionality is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on the parameters you configure and the data available in Shopify. We do not guarantee full restoration of prior prices and we do not provide backups beyond what is necessary to operate the App.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable), role-based access controls, and secure API communications. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Review and validate your selection criteria and preview results (if available) before applying changes.
- Start with small batches to confirm outcomes meet your expectations.
- Maintain your own exports/backups or price baselines as needed.
- Ensure your pricing complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and any contractual obligations.
6. Limitations of Liability
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that InfancyIT Limited is not responsible for any unintended or accidental price changes or downstream effects. Without limitation, we are not liable for:
- Misconfigurations, human error, or accidental changes you make using the App.
- Loss of revenue, profit, margins, goodwill, or data arising from price edits, discounts, rounding, currency conversions, or rollback attempts.
- Conflicts with other apps, custom scripts, themes, or third-party services.
- Events beyond our control, including Shopify API errors, outages, or technical failures.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Compliance with Shopify Policies
